You do not have to be in the Midwest to get fast turnaround from Alliance Machine. We can ship quickly to anywhere on the Globe. Just email or fax us your drawing and inspection detail and we will get to work on your quote. AMI can open and work nearly all file types.
AMI Quoting and New Order process:
- Submit a Request for Quote (RFQ) to begin the process. You can send email directly to sales@alliancemachine.com. Please be sure to include all your contact information and any notes pertaining to your drawings.
- AMI will acknowledge receipt of your RFQ. Please allow up to 24 hours for AMI to reply.
- AMI will review the submitted items and make sure that the scope of the project is within AMI’s capabilities. If we can provide a quote you will receive it within 48 hours. If the project isn't a good fit for us, we will notify you and refer you to another company if possible.
- Once you receive your price quote from AMI, please review and reply with any specific questions.
- There are several ways to submit a new order to AMI. We accept emailed, faxed or mailed Purchase Orders. We do ask that you please reference AMI's Quote #.
- After you've placed your order, we will send you a Sales Order Acknowledgment and AMI will go to work for you! If we have questions during production we will contact you for clarification.
