Our full time inspection includes: material certification, document control, and all certifications on all outside work such as heat treat and plating. We initiate 100% inspection after every operation. Our records are maintained as evidence of product final acceptance.
We have 4 full time Quality professionals, skilled in programming and utilizing the latest software and equipment.
We routinely use Statistical Process Control and are certified with Goodrich Aerospace.
The Quality area is enclosed with temperature and humidity controlled to assure consistency.
