Alliance Machine is fully capabile of running low, medium, and high quantity production jobs; and can help you from concept through production.
We are available to assist you with product design. It is extremely valuable to receive input from a manufacturing company while designing your product. We can help you design parts that are more cost effective to produce.
Once designed, we have the equipment to produce your parts at top speed, while ensuring top quality. We house five 5th axis CNC Vertical Mills (3 YCI-Supermax and 2 Matsura), plus two CNC Horizontal Mills (1 Mori Seiki and 1 brand new Akari Seiki); both with twin cluster towers to maximize efficiency. Two spindles mean your parts are always running. In our Lathe department, our feature production CNC machines are: a Mori Seiki with live tooling, Hwacheon Cutex with sub spindle, and a Hanwha twin spindle swiss with a bar feeder. These machines all allow parts to run longer; doing 2 or sometimes 3 operations at once, cutting down on costly handling of the part(s). These machines make up the foundation of our production cell.
