Alliance Machine is a precision machine shop and job shop. We are located in a state of the art 23,000 square foot facility in Elk River, Mn. We concentrate on prototype, short-run, and production work. We specialize in difficult, tight tolerance work in the aerospace, defense, and medical industries. We also practice lean manufacturing to be the most cost effective we can be with our customers. We would like to have an opportunity to build a relationship with your company. We machine all metals, steel, stainless steel, titanium, aluminum and all types of plastic. We offer a full line of CNC milling and CNC lathe (turning) machines including, but not limiting to true, simultaneous 5th axis millwork. Our 5th axis machine is state-of-the-art, saving set-up time on complicated parts. We also offer Horizontal Milling to compliment our production parts. We also have a large bridge mill as well for oversized parts up to 80”x 50”. Other operations include wire edm, tig weld, wire feed, plastic weld, and surface grinding. Software programs include Pro-E 2008, Solidworks 2008, Esprite W, Auto Cad, and Virtual Gibbs (4 seats) which allows us to read and program most files including CATIA, STEP, IGES, PRT, SLDPRT, and many more. We accept any electronic files via e-mail, and are currently implementing an FTP site for our customers to access.
We put a lot of effort into our inspection and quality area. We are ISO 9001:2000 certified since most of our customers demand a high level of documentation and certification. We are currently working to attain AS9100 status. We also have a weekend shift allowing us to better serve our customers and provide quicker turn around on your work. Some of our customers include Goodrich Aerospace, Goodrich Cargo, General Dynamics, Northrop Grumman, Parker Hannifan, Aeronautical, Alliant Techsystems (ATK), Boston Scientific, Medtronic, ev3, 3M, JPL, Honeywell Aerospace, and many more.
