Alliance Machine Inc. is a Minnesota based Veteran Owned precision machine shop that works with a variety of metals and plastics.  We pride ourselves on quality and on time delivery using Lean Practices to better our internal operation.  We concentrate our efforts on all facets of machining including prototype, production, tooling and special machine building.  With our technology in both Machine Tools and Software we are capable of doing the most complex work.   With over 20 years of experience, we have what it takes to service your needs!

CNC Turning
We have CNC Turning capability to support both prototype and production runs.  We now feature CNC Turning with Live Tooling to minizime ops, as well as Swiss style CNC Turning.

CNC Milling & CAD/CAM
Our machining centers provide speed and accuracy in the machining of all metals and plastics. These machines have 4th and 5th axis capability as state of the art CNC Milling Center.  Also, new to Alliance Machine is Horizontal Milling to help support long production work.

Grinding
We have surface grinding as well as O.D. Grinding capability. This enables us to maintain quality control within our facility.

E.D.M.
Wire E.D.M. is essential in today's modern shop. Good surface finishes and close tolerance is required from most all of our customers. Esprite Software supports our E.D.M. equipment.

Special Machine Fabrication & Engineering
Alliance Machine Inc. has been involved in special machine building for 15 years. We will handle a project from concept to final assembly, debug and setup at the designated facility.  We are involved in special machine building as well as fabricating to print per customer spec. and bill of materials.  We utilize SolidWorks, Espirite W, AutoCad and Pro E software.
