CNC Turning
Our CNC Turning Centers provide speed and accuracy in the machining of all metals and plastics. These machines allow us to handle projects from prototype to final production with .0002 repeatability.
Some of our featured machines are:
- Hwacheon Cutex CNC Lathe with sub spindle
- YCI Supermax CNC Lathe that has an 18" Turning Diameter x 26" Travel. This machine allows us to handle larger turned products in prototype and short run production.
- Mori Seiki CNC Lathe with Live Tooling that has a 12" Turning Diameter x 20" Travel. Its Live Tooling allows us to handle multiple ops in one setup, saving time on prototype and production parts.
- Hanwha CNC Swiss Machine Tool with Bar Feeder allows us to handle large and small precision Swiss Turning.
